Cheating: why we do it and how can we deal with it

We’re on with a new Feminine #Uncut Podcast and this episode is fire ?. We talk cheating: WHY we do it, HOW we do it, and HOW can we deal with it.

Here are some of the questions we’re addressing in this episode:

And here’s some Feminine wisdom that could actually serve you in the real life.

Stop using the word “cheating”. That’s a low vibration term that can’t meaningfully describe why people engage emotionally and sexually with other people, while being in a relationship.

The cheating behaviour comes from our desire to express ourselves and experience life, without knowing how to do it in a mature and accountable way.

People don’t cheat. The cheating behaviour comes from our desire to express ourselves and experience life, without knowing how to do it in a mature and accountable way. Our intention is not to lie per se, but to find something outside the relationship, after we have previously tried many things to express ourselves more, although our partner isn’t ready to include and accept us. So, we end up lying and betraying because there isn’t a real opportunity for honest communication in the relationship.

You are not cheating on anyone. You are cheating on yourself by thinking that if you fulfil your needs somewhere else, without addressing them bluntly and honestly in the relationship, you will be happy.

The 3 feminine principles that can help you change the narrative around cheating and therefore transform the way you live and love:

1. Stop looking at it from the perspective of “cheating”. Instead, dive into the Sacred Space of the Heart and ask for the truth.

2. Deal with your own emotions; don’t throw them on your partner.

3. Talk to your partner from a place of vulnerability.

Now, go deep and discover what actions you can take to truly change the narrative around infidelity. Listen to the full episode here. ?

Until next, I leave you with a challenge: what are you curious to learn about “open relationships”? Have you ever tried or thought of having an open relationship? Leave your comment below.
