Nurturing Love In The Sacred Space Of The Heart

During the past weeks, we’ve been exploring the power and charm of rituals. We took the first step into the self empowerment journey; we explored my little known system that makes change exiting; and we learned how to turn daily routine into powerful feminine rituals — with proven results. And I truly hope it’s been a wonderful ride for you too. Now it’s time to go deeper. We are going to learn how to create a sacred space — by calling in Nemetona, the Celtic Goddess of the Sacred Grove.

But first, what IS a sacred space?

The sacred space is the facet of your inner world governed by love only.

From ancient times, people built sanctuaries of impressive stature to secure a contained space. Here, they could safely open up to the energy of love.

Sacred objects, chants, candles, perfumes, oils, and magic spells are brought in, to purify the space and make it adequate for treasure and worship.

Yet, the place where you can build the most authentic sacred space is not in the outside world; but deep within your own heart.

Nemetona, the Celtic Goddess of the Sacred Grove, whispers us this exact message — your sacred space is within your heart.

For the most part, the Celts did not built temples.

Instead, they worshiped their Gods in natural landscapes which they called Sacred Groves or ‘Nemeton’. That’s where the name Nemetona comes from.

Her exact story has been long lost in the fog of time. But you can still find her representations in different parts of Germany, France, and England.

Nemetona is depicted seated, surrounded by three hooded figures and a ram. The three figures represent the Triple Goddess and the ram is a male fertility symbol.

When you step into the sacred space of the heart you have to honour it by bringing in compassion, intimacy and utmost respect.

We have to learn how to listen to the language of our heart, out of any judgement or resentment, and be fully present.

Call upon Nemetona to help you build your own sacred space and assist you with ritual practice wherever you feel like — in the comfort of your own home, in a corner of your bedroom, in a park nearby or in the deep of the forest.

She is there to help you find your own spirituality and synchronise your soul with you emotions and your body, so that you can open up to the blissful energy of love.

Love & Blessings,
